Shop terms

La Tienda del Polo Norte is the shop of Escríbele a Santa (escribeleasanta.com). It is run by Jean Paul Reveron, 1353 Ave. Luis Vigoreaux, PMB 230, Guaynabo, PR 00966. To write to us: hola@escribeleasanta.com.

The shop is for adults, 18 and older. Children write to Santa; a grown-up does the buying.

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is added separately and you see it before you pay. You pay on a secure Stripe page; we never see or store your card. Your order is placed when the payment is confirmed, and the receipt arrives by email.

If any tax applies to your order, it is shown on the payment page before you pay.

If you have a discount code, you enter it on the payment page. One code per order.

We keep no pieces in a warehouse: each one is printed when you order it, at the print workshop we work with, which also ships it. Colors can look slightly different from one screen to another.

We ship to Puerto Rico and the United States. What it costs, how long it takes and the dates for Christmas and Three Kings Day are in Shipping and returns. Delivery days are an estimate: the mail sometimes runs late, above all in December.

The order goes to the workshop as soon as you pay. If you entered the wrong address or want to cancel, write to us right away at hola@escribeleasanta.com with your order number: as long as printing hasn't started, we'll do what we can to fix it.

Because each piece is made for you, there are no exchanges for size or a change of mind. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or doesn't arrive, we print it again or refund you. The time limits and how to ask are in Shipping and returns.

To charge for and ship your order we use your name, address, phone and email. The shop is separate from the letters and never sees them. It is all in the privacy notice.

For any question about these terms or about an order, write to hola@escribeleasanta.com. A person answers.
