Shipping and returns

We ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.

Each piece is printed in 2 to 5 business days and travels 3 to 5 more: 5 to 9 business days in all from the day you pay.

Standard shipping is what the print workshop charges for what you order: you see it in the cart before paying, and exactly once you enter the address.

When the order leaves the workshop you get an email with the tracking number.

To have it by Christmas, order by December 8. For Three Kings Day (January 6), order by December 20. After that, orders arrive in January.

Because every piece is printed for you, we can't exchange or refund for size or a change of mind. That's why every shirt has a size guide with the garment's measurements: measure one that fits well and compare before ordering.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, write to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll print it again at no cost or refund you, whichever you prefer.

If the package doesn't arrive, write to us up to 30 days after the estimated delivery date and we'll sort it out.

You pay on a secure Stripe page with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. We never see or store your card. The receipt arrives by email.

The shop is separate from the letters: what you buy is never joined to what your children write to Santa, and the shop never sees the letters.
